Roles and permissions

4 access levels within an organization.

Roles

  • Owner - full control, including deleting the organization and managing the subscription
  • Admin - everything except deleting the organization. Can invite/remove members.
  • Member - operational access: orders, products, warehouse, invoices, shipping
  • Viewer - read-only access to data, no editing
💡 Tip: Start new employees with the Viewer role, then raise their permissions when they're ready.
