Importing from FTP
Automatically importing stock levels from FTP files.
How does it work?
ZYNQ can automatically download stock-level files from an FTP server. Useful when a supplier provides stock levels in a CSV file on their FTP.
Configuration

Go to Warehouse → FTP Import → New configuration.

Enter the FTP server details: host, port, login, password, file path.

Map the CSV file columns to ZYNQ fields (SKU, quantity, price).

Set a schedule - e.g. hourly, every 6 hours, once a day.
💡 Tip: You'll find import logs in Warehouse → FTP Import → History.
