Configuring SMTP email accounts.
Adding an account

Go to Settings → Email → Accounts → New.

Enter: SMTP host, port (465 for SSL, 587 for TLS), login, and password.

Click Test connection - ZYNQ will send a test email.
Common settings
- Gmail: smtp.gmail.com, port 465, SSL. Requires an app password.
- Microsoft 365: smtp.office365.com, port 587, STARTTLS.
- Custom domain: details from your hosting provider.
