How to add an order manually or import it from an integration.
Adding an order manually
If you don't have an integration set up yet, you can add an order manually:

Go to Orders → New order.

Fill in the customer details - first name, last name, delivery address.

Add products to the order - select them from the catalog or enter them manually.

Set the payment and delivery method. Click Save.
Importing from an integration
Once you connect Allegro, Erli, or BaseLinker, orders sync automatically. New orders appear within a few minutes.
💡 Tip: Orders from Allegro can arrive instantly via webhook - configure it in the integration settings.
