Why don't you charge order commissions or a % of revenue?
We don't think you should be punished for success. The more you sell, the more you earn - we don't take a cut. You pay a fixed amount plus a predictable per-order fee.
Are the listed prices gross or net?
All prices in the pricing table are net. Add 23% VAT to every amount.
How do the plans differ?
Starter (19 PLN net/mo.): 100 orders, 200 products, 20 offers, 1 warehouse. Business (99 PLN net/mo. + 0.20 PLN net / order): 250,000 offers/products, 5 warehouses, add-ons. Enterprise: no limits, custom pricing. All features, integrations, and automations are available in every plan - at no extra charge.
How does Business billing work?
A fixed fee of 99 PLN net / mo. + 0.20 PLN net per order. No revenue commission - at 1,000 orders you pay 299 PLN net, at 5,000 orders - 1,099 PLN net. Add 23% VAT to these amounts.
What happens when I exceed 100 orders on Starter?
You automatically move to the Business plan - the change takes effect immediately, with no downtime. Further orders are billed as on Business: 99 PLN net / mo. + 0.20 PLN net per order.
When does the automatic upgrade to Business happen?
When you exceed any Starter limit: 100 orders / mo., 20 offers, 200 products, or 1 warehouse.
Can I buy extra resources on Business?
Yes. You can add an extra 100,000 SKU for 399 PLN net/mo. or an extra warehouse for 39 PLN net/mo. - without moving to Enterprise.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You get a 14-day free trial of full functionality without a credit card. You only activate payment for your chosen plan when you decide to stay.
What does migration from Base/Apilo look like?
We handle onboarding and migration from Base, Apilo, or another system for free - we move your data, set up integrations, and train your team.
