Conditions and filters

Conditions

Conditions let you narrow down when a rule runs. For example, the "order paid" trigger + the condition "source = Allegro" = the rule only runs for Allegro orders.

Available conditions

• Order source - Allegro, Erli, BaseLinker, manual
• Order value - greater/less than X
• Delivery country - PL, DE, CZ...
• Payment method - bank transfer, cash on delivery, card
• Order status - a specific status or group
• Product in the order - contains a product with a given SKU
• Flag - the order has/doesn't have a given flag

Conditions are combined with the AND operator - all of them must be met.
