Adding products
Creating a product: SKU, EAN, name, price, weight.
Product form
Go to Products → New product. Fill in the fields:
- SKU - your internal product code (unique)
- EAN - barcode (optional, but useful for scanning)
- Name - the name shown to customers
- Net price - price excluding VAT
- VAT rate - 23%, 8%, 5%, 0%, or exempt
- Weight and dimensions - needed to calculate shipping costs
- Category - assign to a category for easy filtering
Photos
Drag photos into the upload area or click to select files. You can add multiple photos and reorder them by dragging.
💡 Tip: The first photo is the thumbnail shown in the product list and on orders.
