Order statuses

Configuring the status workflow, groups, and colors.

What are statuses?

Statuses define the stages of order fulfillment. Each order has exactly one current status, e.g. "New", "Paid", "Packing", "Shipped".

Status groups

Statuses are organized into groups, for example:

  • New - orders awaiting fulfillment
  • In progress - packing, picking
  • Shipped - dispatched shipments
  • Completed - fulfilled, cancelled, returns

Creating a status

Go to Settings → Order statuses → New status. Enter a name, choose a color, and assign it to a group. The order of statuses within a group defines the natural flow of an order.

💡 Tip: Statuses can be changed manually or automatically - with automation rules.
