Automatic sending
Connecting email templates with automation rules.
How does it work?
Create an automation rule with the SEND_EMAIL action. Choose a template and an SMTP account. The email will be sent automatically when the rule runs.
Examples
- Order paid → send a confirmation
- Shipment dispatched → send the tracking number
- Invoice issued → send the invoice PDF
💡 Tip: Check the template in the automation test mode to make sure the variables are substituted correctly.
