Your first organization

Setting up your organization, inviting your team, and basic settings.

Organization settings

Your organization is created automatically after sign-up. Go to Settings → Organization to complete the details:

  • Company name - shown in the panel and on invoices
  • NIP - required for invoicing
  • Address - your company's registered address
  • Bank account number - will appear on invoices

Inviting your team

Go to Settings → Team → Invite. Enter the email of the person you want to invite and choose a role:

  • Admin - full permissions except deleting the organization
  • Member - operational access (orders, products, warehouse)
  • Viewer - read-only access to data
💡 Tip: The invited person receives an email with a link. Once they click it, they immediately see your organization.
