Warehouse documents
6 document types: PZ, WZ, PW, RW, MM, BO.
Document types
- PZ (Goods received note) - receipt of goods from a supplier. Increases stock.
- WZ (Goods issued note) - issuing goods to a customer. Decreases stock.
- PW (Internal goods received note) - receipt of goods from production or another internal source.
- RW (Internal goods issued note) - internal issue, e.g. for own use or damage.
- MM (Inter-warehouse transfer) - moving goods from one warehouse to another.
- BO (Opening balance) - setting the initial stock level.
Creating a document

Go to Warehouse → Documents → New.

Choose the document type and warehouse.

Add line items - products and quantities.

Confirm - only confirmation changes stock levels.
⚠️ Note: A document with the "Draft" status does not affect stock. You have to confirm it.
