Importing from CSV/XLSX
Bulk importing products from a CSV or Excel file.
Preparing the file
The file should contain columns with product data. Minimum columns: SKU, name, net price. Optional: EAN, weight, category, description.
Import process

Go to Products → Import.

Drag in a CSV/XLSX file or click Choose file.

Column mapping - map the columns in your file to fields in ZYNQ. The system suggests matches.

Preview - check how the imported products will look.

Click Import. The products will appear in the catalog.
⚠️ Note: If a SKU already exists in the catalog, the product will be updated (not duplicated).
