Cookie Policy

§ 1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files saved on the User's device while using the Platform. They serve to ensure the proper operation of the service, provide security, and analyse how the Platform is used.
§ 2. Controller
The controller of the cookies is ZYNQ sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Tychy, ul. Estetyczna 4, 43-100 Tychy, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (Krajowy Rejestr Sądowy) maintained by the District Court Katowice-Wschód in Katowice, VIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number: 0000804450, NIP: 6462979033, REGON: 384394091, share capital: PLN 5,000 (hereinafter: “Controller”).
§ 3. Types of cookies used in the Platform
A. Essential cookies (required)
These cookies are necessary for the proper operation of the Platform. They do not require the User's consent.

B. Functional cookies
These cookies remember the User's preferences. They do not require consent, but blocking them may limit functionality.

C. Analytical cookies (require consent)
These cookies serve to analyse how the Platform is used. They are used solely after obtaining the User's consent.

The analytical data collected includes: pages visited, session duration, browser type, IP address (anonymised after 12 months). The Platform uses Google's analytics tools - Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-VVP3WQ2Y2V) and Google Tag Manager (container GTM-KFZCTSQJ), provided by Google Ireland Limited. These tools operate under the Consent Mode v2 model: they are activated and set cookies only after the User has given consent to analytical cookies. As part of using Google Analytics, data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA on the basis of standard contractual clauses (SCCs).
§ 4. Legal basis
- Essential and functional cookies: Article 173(3) of the Telecommunications Law - necessary to provide the service requested by the User.
- Analytical cookies: Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO (GDPR) - the User's consent.
§ 5. Managing consents
- On the first visit to the Platform, a banner is displayed with information about cookies and the option to give consent to analytical cookies.
- The User may change their cookie preferences at any time in the Account settings.
- Withdrawing consent to analytical cookies does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
§ 6. Managing cookies in the browser
The User may also manage cookies using the settings of their web browser. Most browsers allow you to:
- review the saved cookies,
- selectively delete cookies,
- block cookies from specific sites,
- block cookies entirely.
Note: blocking essential cookies will make it impossible to use the Platform (logging in, maintaining a session).
§ 7. Third-party cookies
The ZYNQ Platform does not use third-party cookies for advertising or marketing purposes. The external services that may set their own cookies are: Google (Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager - analytical cookies described in § 3(C), loaded solely after the User has given consent to analytical cookies), Stripe (payment processing, solely on pages related to payments) and Tidio (live chat enabling contact) - loaded only after the User has given consent to cookies; Tidio may store its own cookies necessary for the chat widget to function.
§ 8. Changes to the Cookie Policy
The Controller reserves the right to amend this Cookie Policy. Users will be informed of any changes through the updated effective date on this page.
