Create a warehouse and learn the 6 types of warehouse documents.

Go to Warehouse → Warehouses → Add warehouse.

Enter a warehouse name (e.g. 'Main warehouse') and address.

The warehouse is ready! Now add the initial stock with a BO document.

Go to Documents → New document → Opening balance (BO).

Add products and their initial quantities. Confirm the document.
The BO document (Opening balance) is used to enter the initial warehouse stock.
