Connect an SMTP account, create a template and link it to an automation.

Go to Settings → Email → Add SMTP account.

Enter the server details (host, port, login, password). Test the connection.

Go to Templates → New template.

Write the content with merge variables: {{orderNumber}}, {{trackingUrl}}.

Link the template to an automation rule - the email will send itself.
Set a default email account per template - each message type sent from the right sender address.
