Building a no-code automation rule
Instructions
Create a rule: when an order is paid → change the status to 'Packing'.

Go to Automation → New rule.

Give it a name, e.g. 'Paid → Packing'.

Choose a trigger: 'Order paid'.

Add an action: 'Change order status' → 'Packing'.

Enable test mode to check it. Then activate the rule.
You can add multiple actions to one rule - e.g. change status + send email + create shipment.
