What it can do
Order import
Orders are pulled on a schedule together with amounts and line items, and a goods-issue document can be raised as soon as the order is paid.
Status mapping
You map Temu's statuses onto your own. Statuses you set by hand in ZYNQ are never overwritten by the sync.
Publishing listings
You send products from the ZYNQ catalogue, and Temu recognises the category, enriches the attributes and submits the listing for review.
Markup grid
The retail price is worked out from your own markup grid - you set it once and apply it to everything you publish.
Listing and product import
Listings you already run on Temu are pulled into ZYNQ, and products can be imported into your catalogue together with their images.
Stock synchronization
Stock pushed on your own rules - warehouse logic, percentage of stock, buffer and min/max thresholds, exactly as on your other channels.
Returns and refunds
Temu returns are created in ZYNQ automatically, and you issue the buyer's refund from the return view.
Labels and tracking
You buy Temu labels straight from the order, and when shipping with your own courier the tracking number reaches Temu on its own.
