Integration with Etsy stores
Selling on Etsy? Connect your shop to ZYNQ and handle orders, listings, and stock from one place - no jumping between panels. We connect through the Etsy Open API v3, so everything updates on its own, and your Etsy sales sit right next to Allegro, Amazon, and your own store.

Who we are and how we help Etsy sellers
ZYNQ was built in Poland to make life easier for sellers who run several channels at once - Etsy included. We help you see what's actually selling, take order handling off your plate, and make decisions based on numbers instead of gut feel.
As part of the Etsy Open API v3 integration, ZYNQ acts as a service provider for the Etsy seller. We fetch listings, orders (receipts), and inventory only after the seller's explicit authorization (OAuth 2.0), and only to the minimum extent required to deliver our analytics and operations services.
Our customers are sellers operating on Etsy and other platforms (Allegro, Amazon, Empik, Erli) at the same time, who need a single, consistent tool for sales analytics, order handling, and reporting.
What we do with Etsy Open API v3 data
Sales data analysis
We process data from the Etsy Open API v3 - revenue, margins, volumes, and sales trends broken down by store, listings (listings), and category.
Order (receipts) synchronization
We automatically sync orders (receipts) from Etsy stores. Statuses, shipment details, and buyer contact (buyer_email) - for after-sales handling and invoicing.
Sales reports and trends
Dashboards with revenue, order counts, average cart value, and trends over time - with the option to compare against the customer's other sales channels.
Order statuses
Mapping Etsy statuses to ZYNQ's universal model - paid, shipped, cancelled, refunded.
Multi-store support
Manage multiple Etsy stores within a single ZYNQ organization - a shared dashboard, separate reports per store.
Permission scopes (API scopes) and their purpose
Security and compliance with the Etsy API Terms of Use
ZYNQ complies with the Etsy API Terms of Use and with GDPR. We treat all seller and buyer data we access through the Etsy Open API v3 as entrusted data.
- Data is stored on secured servers in the EU with encryption at rest and in transit.
- We do not share Etsy data or Etsy Members' data with third parties. We do not use it for any purpose other than delivering services to the store owner.
- We do not use Etsy data to train AI or machine learning models, nor to sell / license data to third parties.
- We request a minimal set of permissions (the principle of least privilege) - only what is necessary to deliver our services.
- The seller can disconnect their Etsy store from ZYNQ at any time - the data will be deleted in line with our retention policy.
- In case of a suspected data breach, we notify Etsy (dpo@etsy.com) and the seller no later than 24 hours after detecting the incident.
- We do not attempt to replace or imitate Etsy's features, do not redirect traffic away from the Etsy platform, and do not use Etsy's trademarks, logos, or trade dress in a way that could suggest affiliation with or endorsement by Etsy.
