Key capabilities
Five-status workflow
Initiated → Approved → Received → Completed (or Cancelled). Every status change is timestamped and visible in the order history.
Reason categorization
6 standard reasons: defect, wrong item, 14-day withdrawal, damage in transit, not as described, other. Statistics at the category level.
Return parcel tracking
Tracking number, courier and status of the return parcel - full visibility into when the customer sent it and when it will reach you.
Automatic refund
An approved return triggers a refund via the chosen method (bank transfer, Allegro Finanse). The amount is calculated from the returned items, factoring in quantity and price.
What else?
Product condition
Every returned item is flagged as: good (back to stock), damaged, or unsellable - which informs your inventory decisions.
Partial returns
Customer returns 1 of 3 units from an order? Refund only that item; the rest stays paid. The refund is calculated proportionally.
Warehouse documents
Once a return is received, ZYNQ attaches a PZ document (internal receipt) and adjusts stock levels automatically.
Allegro Finanse integration
Returns approved on Allegro appear in ZYNQ automatically. Refund through Allegro Finanse instead of a separate transfer.
